By downloading or using the app,you acknowledge that you are fully informed of and agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms & Conditions"), our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cantik ("Agreement"). In case you do not agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.
To receive full access to all functionalities of the Service, each Member has the option to purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use diamonds (hereinafter “diamonds”). You are only allowed to purchase diamonds from us through the Service and not in any other way.
Cantik, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to charge fees for the right to access or use diamonds and/ or may distribute diamonds with or without charge. The right to use diamonds starts immediately upon the acceptance of your purchase by Cantik until termination of your account by either party, or when Cantik ceases providing the Service.
Any diamonds balance shown in your account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any stored value, and may only be redeemed through the Service. The transfer of diamonds is prohibited, and you shall not sell, redeem or otherwise transfer diamonds to any person or entity.
All purchases and redemptions of diamonds made through the service are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. You acknowledge that Cantik is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused diamonds when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary. However, if Cantik ceases providing the Service, diamonds and/or changes its business model, you will be entitled to a refund on a prorated basis.
Cantik VIP can use the privileges with VIP logo in the app for free within the validity period of VIP. VIP members will not be able to continue to enjoy this privilege if they do not renew within the specified period.
VIP enjoys all privileges described in Cantik VIP Privilege Details during the VIP validity period. The permission content will be adjusted according to the changes in Cantik VIP Permission Details. Once the content changes, Cantik will directly publish the modified content in Cantik app. If you continue to use the VIP service, you will be deemed to have fully accepted the rules and any amendments thereto.
Cantik VIP's rights are limited to those who use paid accounts and cannot be transferred between Cantik accounts. It is prohibited to give, lend, lease, transfer or sell. Otherwise, Cantik reserves the right to cancel the the transferee and his/her VIP account without notice, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the transferor and the transferee.
Any VIP shall not publish illegal, obscene, insulting or personal attack content (including private content) on Cantik. Once found, Cantik has the right to cancel the VIP without any compensation or refund.
The VIP service provided by Cantik is only for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial, profit and other purposes. Otherwise, the losses caused to Cantik or other third-party service providers shall be borne by VIP.
If you need to use auto renewable subscriptions VIP service, that means you fully understand and agree to the following statement:
This service is an automatic renewal service provided for you on the premise of getting VIP service.
If you subscribe to this service, you will be deemed to have authorized Cantik to use the third-party payment account, bank card, communication account and iTunes account (hereinafter referred to as "account") bound to the VIP account to renew your subscription. When the VIP period is about to expire, we will charge in the next subscription period. If the above account balance is insufficient, your VIP will expire after the current subscription period.
Payment will be transferred to your iTunes account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel automatic renewal, you can manually turn off automatic renewal in iTunes / Apple ID by following these steps:
Automatic renewal of Apple in App Payments (IAP payment, in app purchase): enter iPhone "Settings" - > Enter "iTunes Store and App Store" -- > click "Apple ID", select "view Apple ID", enter the "account settings" page, click "subscription", and select Cantik VIP to cancel the subscription.
